How do I get my organisations ArcGIS 10 keycodes/authorisation files?
A. Once ArcGIS 10 is released, an email will be sent to your organisation’s key maintenance contact. This emal will include a unique activation “token” which needs to be used when using Esri’s ArcGIS 10 licencing portal. To access this portal, your organisation also needs to create a corporate Esri Global Account. This will enable your organisation to download the ArcGIS 10 software, create keycodes and transfer ArcGIS 10 licences. While you may already have your own Esri Global Account, it is recommended that you create a corporate account for the ArcGIS 10 release to enable the streamlined management of ArcGIS 10 downloads and licencing within your organisation.
