Comcast offers cable, Internet, and telephone services. Comcast’s telephone service is called Comcast Digital Voice. This service includes many features such as caller ID, call waiting and voice mail. Once someone leaves you a message on your voice mail, you can check it by one of two ways. You can use your telephone keypad or you can go online to listen to your messages. Click the “Talk” button on your telephone. Press “*99.” Type in your four digit pass code. You would have set this up when you opened your account. Press “1” to listen to your messages. Go to the Comcast Digital Voice log in page. Enter your 10 digit telephone number in the top box. Enter your four digit pass code in the bottom box and click “Sign in.” Click on the “Call History” tab. Click on the message you want to hear.
