You can locate a Samsonite and American Tourister Authorized Repair Center by clicking here . Product may be returned to any Samsonite Factory Outlet, and the store personnel will send the product to an Authorized Repair Center. The Authorized Repair Center will determine if the piece is repairable and under warranty. If you choose to take your merchandise to a store, a shipping fee will be collected. The shipping fees for repairs are $10 for pieces under 26, and $15 for pieces 26 and larger. If you ship your product to a repair station, please send it prepaid, insured, and in a carton.
