How do i get my legs and stomach skinner?
Hi, I usually try to run during the summer as it works the whole body…it is nice to exercise the whole body so running is a pretty good way..if you are just a beginner do not worry as that is how I started…try running 10min then it will grow trust me…I can run for 1 1/2 now after a couple years of hard work…for stomach try doing sit-ups with your legs elevated in the air and for lower stomach try lying down and elevating both your legs together slowly without touching the floor every time you go down…you will feel it on your stomach for sure…I also try to use a step-machine to tone my legs…and for inner thighs…hold about 15lbs..or 10lbs according to how much you can carry and feet apart lower yourself with the weight and come back up…hope some of this helps and gluck!
