Once you have registered your elementary school students (ages 5-10) for the Governor’s Challenge and have started their calendars click on the “Download CVS/pharmacy® vouchers for all eligible students” under the “Your Options” section. Each coupon will be redeemable for a personalized Champion for Fitness trading card at a CVS/pharmacy® store.
