How Do I Get My Beautiful Horse To Stop Cribbing?
Cribbing is usually a symptom of boredom. I’d chew on the walls, too, if I spent all day in a stall. If you can turn her out more often, that would help. If she must be stalled, get her some stall toys, like a horse ball. Or stall her with a friend; if not a horse, then a donkey or even a dog. In extreme cases, the vet can recommend an antidepressant drug, but it would be a lot better for both of you if you can resolve it just by keeping her interested in something more interesting than the wood of the stall.
