How do i get my 2 year old to sleep?
well my 2 1/2 year old sleeps in his own room usually i start with a routine tub, pjs, teeth brushed, then i say lets go time for bed i then say pick out one story and he picks one out and then i read it to him after he always asks for another one but i just say nope thats it one book at bedtime then i say i will rub your back turn over, i rub for like 5 min and say ok good night i pull his music string and leave the room, he has child proof door handle cover locks onside so he cant get out(our room is close by) he just falls asleep, you should switch her bottle to a big girl sippy cup they have ones that wont spill and fill it with water at night so her teeth dont rot
