Since there are no scheduled Nintendo Events at their official website, the only way to get these 3 pokemon is with an action replay or a gameshark – perhaps when they start doing Events again (because of Diamond and Pearl) – there will be the option of getting these legitimately. As of right now, though – you’ll have to use a cheat device.
