How do I get maps for a Sat Nav?
Sat Navs contain maps from all over the world but at entry level they will only come with UK maps. Devices that come preloaded with maps are more cost effective to buy than purchasing additional maps at a later date. The most common maps are UK & ROI, Western Europe or the whole of Europe. The maps are displayed in either 3D or plan view, with the ability to zoom in and out of the map. Mapping is often down to street level, making this type particularly useful.
