How Do I Get Magic Items in Diablo 2?
“Diablo 2” is the sequel to the “Diablo” franchise produced by Blizzard. You take control of a hero who must fight through the demonic hoards of Hell and ultimately kill Diablo himself to save the world. You need magic items in this game in order to increase your damage and survivability in later difficulty levels. While all monsters drop magic items, only the best are dropped from boss monsters like Mephisto, provided you have the best magic find percentage possible. Make either a Sorcerer or Barbarian character. Sorcerers have low hit points but can kill bosses from afar. On the other hand, Barbarians have high hit points and the highest magic find percentage possible in the game, but need to be in melee range of bosses. Get the sword-mage Hireling in Act 2 in Lut Guhlein. Make sure you are in “Hell” difficulty when you make the purchase, as the Hireling will be significantly stronger than its counterparts from lower difficulty levels.
