Creating and broadcasting live streaming video on your site is fairly easy to do with embed code from a couple of sites. Livestream or Ustream, two live streaming video sites, allows you to create your own channel and broadcast your live streaming video with a few simple clicks. When you are ready to put your live streaming video on your site, you are given code that you can embed onto your site. To get set up and started takes about 30 minutes. Open a browser and go to the website of either Livestream or Ustream (see Resources). Click the “Broadcast Now” button on Livestream or Ustream. Both sites display their buttons in the upper right side of their homepages. Create an account with either Livestream or Ustream. Follow the instructions for setting up a live channel on either site.
