Never feed a cat cow’s milk. It isn’t good for them. Get some goat’s milk (comes in cans or cartons) and mix it with a little meat baby food and baby rice cereal. You can also add a little plain yogurt. Mix with a little hot water to warm it up and see if they won’t eat that.
