a. Currently we use of an RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) fob, identical to those used by City CarShare (San Francisco). We are experimenting with plastic access card both with and without magnetic stripes on them. The latter are similar to building security cards; the former are similar to credit cards so that we can develop local currency programs with local merchants and create discount programs.
