How do I get in touch with the Conveyancer to request info or updates?
At any time you’ll be able to contact the conveyancer via the openconvey system via the ‘Email’ button to the right of the individual case in the ‘Pending’ or ‘Quoted’ fields. All communications are recorded and viewed by the history button. This creates an audit trail between all concerned parties.
