How do I get help with my eCore course in WebCT?
If you have questions about your course’s content, you’ll want to ask your instructor for help. Once you are able to login to your course in WebCT, you can contact your instructor using WebCT’s Mail tool. The mail is private and you can choose to address it to the instructor only so your message will only be seen by you and the instructor. You could also make your question public knowledge on the discussion board. There’s probably another student in your course with the same question and maybe someone else already knows the answer. There’s nothing to be afraid of… wouldn’t you just raise your hand and ask the question if you were in a tradititional face-to-face course?
