• Instruct the person that has the message returned undeliverable to work with their technical representative to investigate/resolve the problem. If they are unable to resolve the problem, they can FAX or forward a copy of the returned message (including the MIME.822 header information with the ENTIRE message body) to the attention of Leonard Peirce at 387-5473. When forwarding, be sure to select the “forward as attachment” option. An OIT representative will contact them and discuss the problem further. Be sure to include the name and phone number of both the technical contact and the person with the returned message with the FAX.
