How do I get from my car to the gate of the plane with oxygen, and vise-versa at my destination?

At your destination, we can have someone meet you at the gate of arrival (on-time) with oxygen equipment and escort you to your transportation leaving the airport. Call us at 800.346.3556 with your flight information to obtain a quote. Another option is to obtain a Gate Pass for a Special Needs Passenger. This can be obtained from the ticket counter of the airline you are flying on. This Gate Pass will allow one person who is not traveling to escort you and the oxygen equipment you brought from home through security and to the gate of the plane. The person on oxygen then boards the plane and proceeds to use the airline provided oxygen. This extra person who is not traveling can then leave the airport with your equipment.
