You could take a cab from the Airport. There is a flat rate fee of $45.00 I believe. You could also take the Subway…at JFK ask at the information desk how to get to the “A” subway train…(it’s very easy). The cost is only $2.00 ($2.25 after 6/28). You would take the Manhattan Bound “A” train to 42nd St and you would be very close to your destination. You could also take the Airtrain from JFK to the Long Island Railroad (very convenient) and take the train to Penn Station–with is around 34th Street in Manhattan & then grab a cab or take the subway one stop.
