How do I get errors in the Personal Identification Data (PID) section corrected in JPAS?

0

Errors in a person’s name, date of birth, Social Security Number, etc., may not be corrected through the JPAS Help Desk or by submitting a TPR. The majority of this information is provided by the applicable servicing military or civilian personnel system and may only be corrected within that system. When PID errors are discovered in JPAS, contact the servicing personnel office to inform them of the error and provide the correct information. Once you have done this, and are sure that the information is updated in the applicable personnel system, if the information is not correct in JPAS, please submit a TPR.
