You get Cranidos (Diamond exclusive) and Shieldon (Pearl exclusive) in Sinnoh Underground (which becomes available after getting the Explorer Kit in Oreburgh). When mining in Sinnoh Underground you have a chance of unearthing a Skull/ Armor fossil which contain one of the Pokemon. You can revive the fossils in the lab on the east side of Oreburgh City.
