This is not a problem if the Admin account gives full read and write permission for all users to the CCSS folder located at: (C:\Program Files\IDENT-A-KID Services of America\ISA Complete Campus Security System) or for new installs (C:\Program Files\IDENT-A-KID Services of America\ISASecurity)
