There are three ways to request an Annex item. 1. Each item that is housed in the Annex has a gray bar “ANNEX REQUEST” button beside the item’s call number and location. Click on this link to request. 2. Annex request forms are available at the Circulation Desk. Fill out an Annex request form and leave it at the Circulation Desk. 3. You may also request material from the Annex on the WWW using an online annex request form.
