How do I get banned from Circlejerk?
People get banned for various reasons. These include: • Posting anything that violates law or [reddit’s user agreement] • Posting links to shock sites without labeling them as such • Posting links to NSFW material without labeling it as such • Attempting to organize raids of other subreddits or websites • Asking people to upvote or downvote submissions outside of Circlejerk • Asking people to upvote or downvote users • Spamming or otherwise being a nuisance in Circlejerk • Posting referral links (Amazon, Dropbox, etc.) In most instances, you will get a warning but, rarely, you may get banned. Don’t worry, though; Circlejerk bans are rarely permanent — we clear the list pretty often and, for the sake of maintaining an open subreddit, a copy of the current ban list is maintained here. To get banned permanently, you will really have to go above and beyond.
