Click on Forms and then click on New Store Location. Simply fill out the form completely and e-mail or fax back to us. Additionally, you as a Pelle Pelle retailer are prohibited from selling or distributing Pelle Pelle merchandise at any place or location other than as specifically designated in your purchase order for such goods and merchandise purchased from Pelle Pelle. Furthermore and as another condition of Pelle Pelles granting of a license to you as its retailer, you are to refrain from transshipping or reselling Pelle Pelles goods and merchandise to any retailer or third party without the prior written approval and signature of an officer of Pelle Pelle. You are reminded that when Pelle Pelle grants its license to any particular retailer such as yourself, Pelle Pelle intends and expects that you as the designated particular retailer will be the only party selling and distributing Pelle Pelles goods and merchandise. Your relationship is directly with that of Pelle Pelle.
