The Anthony Muñoz Foundation asks that all appearance requests be submitted through our online form. You may access this form by clicking here. Upon receipt of the form, we will forward it to Anthony for his review. Please understand that Anthony receives several requests on a weekly basis and that he chooses events that best fit his schedule and the mission of the Anthony Muñoz Foundation. Submission of the form does not guarantee an appearance. An AMF representative will follow up with you to discuss the status of your request. In the event that Anthony agrees to an appearance, speaking fees will be determined.
