How do I get an User Code and Password for myb@nk?
You will have the opportunity to select your own User Code during the enrollment process. We will contact you on the business day following your enrollment to verify your identity, confirm your request for myb@nk services, and provide you with a Temporary Password. User Code and Password – You must use a confidential User Code and Password to log onto myb@nk. During your first login session, you will be required to change your Temporary Password. You can change your myb@nk Password online at any time. Your online Password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least 2 alpha and 2 numeric characters. For your protection, you will be required to change your Password every 6 months.
