Go to the state DMV website for the current title, and print out the “request for duplicate title” form. Fill it out, pay the money, and send a copy of your current driver’s license so they know it’s you and your address. If there’s no loan on the car, the title will be mailed to your new address. If there’s a loan, it will be mailed to the leinholder.
