How do I get an Oracle University Knowledge Center Passport Course Usage Report?
• You must be the company contact associated to the Passport order when it was purchased from Oracle. See About your Account and Creating your Account sections, if you do not have a Knowledge Center account already. • Go to http://www.oracle.com/education/oukc/ and login with your username and password. • Following successful login, your OU Knowledge Center home page will appear. • You will need your Passport Order Number to run the activity report. To find this Passport Order Number, select PROFILE folder tab and then ORDER subtab in blue bar. Your activated Passport Order numbers will appear on the screen. Write down the passport order number you’d like a report on. • Select PROFILE folder tab and then REPORTS subtab in blue bar, and then locate a report called OU Online Customer User Course Detail.
