HOW DO I GET AN APPLICATION FOR THE PAPA JOHNS SCHOLARS PROGRAM?
Applications are available online and at high school counselors’ offices in December. We will not mail, fax or email applications to anyone other than guidance counselors at the school’s street address or the schools fax number. YOU MAY NOT USE AN APPLICATION FROM A PRIOR YEAR OR AN APPLICATION FROM ANOTHER HIGH SCHOOL. Seniors must go to their high school counseling office in December to find out if their high school is in the scholarship program and to request an application.
