How do I get Address List Lookups with itrezzoAgent?
The Global Address List lookup component of the itrezzoAgent conveniently overcomes the limits of the blackberry address book memory, and is especially useful to large enterprise customers. With a simple request from a handheld, the itrezzoAgent will return BlackBerry address book attachments that a user can quickly add to their handheld’s address book. Your Systems Administrator will assign a mailbox for the itrezzoAgent and will give that mailbox an Alias such as “itrezzoAgent@yourcompany.com.” If you have not done so already, get the alias of the itrezzoAgent from your System Administrator.
