How do I get access to the Techfair venue?
McGill student ID cards are mandatory to get access to the Techfair venue. Cards will be scanned and student name tags with your name and major will be issued at the registration table. Admission is free and restricted to McGill current students and alumni. If you are an alumnus and don’t have a valid McGill student ID card, please bring your student number and a photo ID. No food, drinks, coats or backpacks are allowed at the Techfair venue. Coat and backpack check is mandatory, available on site and free of charge. However, to speed up registration, we strongly encourage you not to bring coats or backpacks with you.
