How do I get access to my childs or another adults MyChart account?
To receive access to your child’s information, complete page one and Section A: Access to Your Child’s MyChart Records on the MyChart Sign-Up Form. If you would like to access another adults MyChart account, that adult must complete page one and Section B: Giving Others Access to Your Medical Record on the MyChart Sign-Up Form, as well as the separate MyChart Proxy Authorization Form. Both forms are available at www.Allina.com/MyChart under the Sign Up Now section.
