If you purchase an InDesign Server solution from a partner, it is the responsibility of your solution partner to provide any updates that Adobe makes available for InDesign Server. Customers and partners developing their own solutions powered by InDesign Server have access to regular updates through the InDesign family Rapid Release Program.
