A UMaine WebCT account is automatically created for you after registering for a course that requires the use of WebCT. WebCT uses the same name and password as your UMS account (also known as UNET account, peoplesoft, maine.edu email account, or Blackboard account). The log in ID for this account is usually your first and last name seperated by a period. For example John Doe’s login ID would be, “john.doe”.If you do not have an UMS account or cannot recall your ID or password. Please call 1-207-561-3587, or 1-877-947-HELP(4357).
