How do I get a transcript, letter of recommendation, or letter of good standing?

Current students: You must fill out a Document Request Form in order to get a letter of recommendation from Dean Waterman or a letter of good standing. Forms are available in the Student Affairs Office, or you may download and print forms here. Transcripts for current students (Class of 2003 and later) are now being processed through the Registrar’s Office. Transcript Request Forms are available on the Registrar’s website, or in the office at 360 Waterman. To download a form go to the link for “Student Forms” and choose “Transcript Request”. There is no fee for medical student transcripts. Turnaround is 3-5 days, usually less. *Graduates from the Class of 2002 and earlier will still get transcripts from the Student Affairs Office. Please use the new Medical Education Verification/Document Request Form to request medical school transcripts. Please fill out the form completely and give any additional instructions. You must include your signature in order for your request to be granted. R
