How do I get a SAQA Id number for registration of learnerships?

0

All learnerships should lead to a qualification registered on the NQF. When a SETA wants to register a learnership they should apply to the Department of Labour. The DoL will liaise with SAQA to obtain the correct qualification identification number. Where a qualification is not yet registered, SAQA will set up a joint implementation plan with an SGB to have the qualification registered. Where an SGB has not yet been established SAQA will in partnership with the stakeholders establish a timeline for the establishment of an SGB or extend the brief of an existing SGB so that the qualification can be generated and registered.
