How do I get a replacement testamur?
To obtain a replacement testamur you must complete the application form. Application forms can be downloaded by clicking here, or are available from the Graduation Office, Mt Helen Campus. If your original testamur has been lost or stolen you will need to provide a statutory declaration with your application. A statutory declaration form can be downloaded by clicking here. Further information regarding Statutory Declarations can be found at the following link – www.ag.gov.au. The cost for a replacement testamur is $110AUD, paid by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Payment must accompany the application form. Please note that: • The replacement testamur will have the words, “This is a replacement testamur” in the body of the text. • Due to policy requirements, we must verify your information by accessing archived files and other relevant information, therefore a replacement testamur may take up to six weeks to produce.
