How do I get a replacement Alcohol Education Card or TAM Card®?
To replace a lost or stolen TAM® certification card, please contact our training center at 702-545-6664. We will check for your status in our database before issuing a replacement card. You will need to bring identification to our training center and pay $10.00. • For how long is my Alcohol Education Card valid? Nevada passed a state law on July 1, 2007 requiring that card holders attend an approved alcohol beverage awareness training program and renew their Alcohol Education Cards every four years or four years from issuance. To remain in compliance with Nevada state law, check your issue date (or date tested) and renew your card before four years has passed.
