How do I get a refund from Webdigs?
If you buy a property through Webdigs, we refund you up to two-thirds of the commission (we retain $3,000 or 1/3 of the commission we receive). This refund can amount to as much as 2% of the price of the home. The actual amount varies with each listing, depending on the commission level offered to the buyer’s agent by the seller. This can only be refunded in the form of closing costs, a reduced purchase price or by check.
