How do I get a prior statement if my credit card or unsecured line of credit account number has changed?
You will be able to order statements up to 18 months old online using your new account number. If you need a statement which is no longer available to view online, select the Order a Statement Copy link on the Customer Service page. There may be a charge for this service. Please refer to the Personal Schedule of Fees associated with your account for more information on fees.
