If the producer is affiliated with a business entity, it is mandatory that the firm become licensed. 1. Before submitting the applications, the corporation must file AND RECEIVE a Certificate of Authority from the Wyoming Secretary of State. Please contact them for their requirements and forms at (307) 777-7311. Enclose a copy of the Certificate of Authority from the Wyoming Secretary of State. 2. Please submit the NAIC Uniform Application for a Business Entity and the NAIC Uniform Application for an individual. These applications can be found through the web site www.licenseregistry.com.
