How do I get a new springbar or pin?
We can send some small parts out individually, depending on the watch model. Some watches will need to be sent in for repair. Please contact the store you purchased the watch at, or any Nixon dealer (check our Dealer Locator). You may also contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to ukcustomer@nixoneurope.com, and we will talk you through a solution.
