How do I get a list of Talairach coordinates?
If you want a list of the coordinates of the centers of mass of clusters of voxels in a dataset, the command line program 3dclust will do this for you. You can apply a threshold to the dataset to clip off the undesired voxels, and then set geometric criteria for the clustering operation. If you want a list of the coordinates of all the voxels above some threshold, there really isn’t a way to do that. It could be grafted into program 3dmaskave without much trouble, but so far there has been no such demand.
