How do I get a licence application?
There are two ways you can get an application form and instructions: You can pick up a copy of the information from the ministry’s Private Security and Investigative Services Branch located at 777 Bay Street, 3rd floor, Toronto or You can download the information from this website. We will only accept photographs that are of passport quality. Photographs are valid for five (5) years.
