You must enroll in the KeyBank Rewards points program. You can enroll by requesting a KeyBank Rewards Debit MasterCard® from the branch, by calling 877-KEY-ONLY (877-539-6659), or through the online application on key.com. There is a $20 annual fee for the KeyBank Rewards Program that will be waived for the first year.
