• Application forms and guidance notes can be downloaded or obtained from Abbey Road Depot, forms must be returned in person together with the supporting documentation. • A check as to whether you have any prior convictions has to be undertaken. You will be required to complete a Disclosure Application Form which will be submitted to the Criminal Records Bureau.
