How do I get a digital tachograph card?
To obtain your digital card, you need to obtain the correct form that is available from the DVLA, DVLA Local Offices and VOSA Testing Stations. You then need to complete the form making sure that you enclose any relevant documentation if it is required as well as the correct fee. You then send the completed form to DVLA, Swansea, SA91ST.
