How do I get a Ctrip VIP card?
• If you have obtained 3000 points or more, you are qualified to redeem them for a Ctrip VIP card. Please fax a copy of your passport/ID to the Customer Service Department, fax number: 86-21-52189126, and make sure you provide us with the following information: Ctrip card number/user ID; contact phone number; email address; your request for redeeming a Ctrip VIP card; address in Chinese; postcode; and the receiver’s name. • After receiving your fax, we will send your card out within one week. We only can send VIP card to cities in mainland China. • You can also pay CNY365 to buy a Ctrip VIP card. If you choose to do so, visit our customer service department at 1F, Building 2, No.99 Fuquan Road, Shanghai.
