How do I get a copy of a check prior to July 26, 2002?
A paper copy of a check posted prior to July 26, 2002 can be sent to you via USPS mail. If you already have online access, sign on. Click Request Copies from the Account Activity page. Then: • Select the account the check was written from. • Enter the first date that this check might have posted and enter a range from that date. • You must enter either a check number (or range of check numbers) or the dollar amount of the check (or range of dollar amounts) to complete the search for your check. If you’re not enrolled for online access, sign on. Enter your Social Security number, ATM PIN, account number, and email address. A “Search for a Check” screen will display.
