How do I get a Camtasia Flash video to open properly with a Table of Contents?

I produced the video with the correct customizable settings, and when it initally opens after rendering, it works properly, but once I try to open the saved file/email it, it does not work. I have tried everything the User Manual says, and it still won’t work– ANY help would be appreciated!!
